P7 Success at Horrid Haddington

Huge Congratulations to King’s Meadow Primary School’s P7 classes who sang brilliantly at the Horrid Haddington Event on Friday. They drew a big crowd at the John Gray Centre and entertained everyone with their creative, informative and witty songs. Thank you to Councillor John McMillan for kicking things off and Ruth Fyfe for organising the event. Also thanks to Iain Bruce and Gica Loening from ELC Art’s Service /  YMI for providing the technical support!

Special thanks to Alan Penman for running the Song Writing Project at King’s Meadow.

Below are some photos and recordings of their songs.

We are delighted to be supporting the Haddington 700 celebrations this year. King’s Meadow Primary School’s P7 children have been involved in a YMI funded Song Writing Project with Alan Penman and will be presenting their finished masterpieces at the Horrid Haddington booklet launch on Friday 2-4pm at the John Gray Centre.
